CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 14:00-23:30

Check-out: No later than 11:00

Check-in is done digitally through the link sent to the guest before arrival. Valid identification must be provided during check-in.

Check-out is done digitally through the link sent to the guest on the departure day.

DIGITAL CODE LOCKS

We use digital code locks for all cabins and common areas. At check-in time, a unique four-digit code is sent to the guest via SMS and email. The code is valid throughout the entire stay and provides access to the booked cabin as well as common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning storage. The code is automatically deactivated at 11:00 on the check-out day.

BED LINENS

Bed linens are not included in the accommodation price and you are welcome to bring your own bed linens or rent hotel-quality bed linens from us.

• Bed linen rental: 99 kr per person
• Bath towel rental: 49 kr per person
• Bed linen and bath towels can be booked in advance or purchased on-site in the cottage.
  For larger groups, we ask you to book the bed linen in advance to ensure availability.
• It is strictly forbidden to sleep in the beds without bed linens.

CLEANING

• Final cleaning is not included in the accommodation price.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning according to the checklist found in the guest folder in the cabin.
• Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 295.
• If cleaning is not performed, a fee starting from 400 kr will be charged.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins and common areas. Smoking outside the cottage with the door open is also prohibited.
In case of violation:

• Guest will be immediately expelled from the area.
• No refund of paid rent.
• Sanitation fee of at least 2,500 kr will be charged.

PETS

• Pets are welcome for a fee of 200 kr per booking.
• Pets must be specified at the time of booking.

WIFI

• Wi-Fi is available on the premises and is included in the daily rate.
• Please note that coverage may vary depending on location.
• The Wi-Fi password can be found in the Guest Information binder in the cottage.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS

• Check your booking confirmation immediately upon receipt.
• Any errors must be reported immediately.
• Specific cabin or location cannot be guaranteed, but requests can be made.
• All guests must follow house rules, instructions, and regulations that apply to the cabin.

HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours are between 22:00–07:00.
• Avoid disturbing other guests at other times, e.g. by using loudspeakers.
• You are responsible for all damage caused by you, your party or pets during the stay.
• You may not sublet or allow more people to stay overnight than specified in the booking.
• Intoxication or behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted and may result in immediate rejection without refund.

BOOKING PAYMENT

• Payment is made by card when booking through our website (hyltenastugby.se).
• When booking through booking channels (e.g., Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia.com), their payment terms apply.
• We do not accept cash payments.
• For bookings made before 2025-05-01 with the condition ‘Pay at the property’, debiting will take place on the check-in day via the card specified at the time of booking.
• Number of guests: The price for the cottage is based on the number of guests stated at the time of booking. If more people than booked will be staying in the cottage, the guest must contact Hyltena Stugby. In case of violation, an extra fee according to the price list will be charged or guests will be rejected without refund.

CANCELLATION TERMS

• Cancellation at least 5 days before arrival (and full payment has been made): 100% refund including add-ons.
• Cancellation 0–5 days before arrival: 50% refund of total cost.
• No-show (no cancellation before check-in): no refund.
  When booking via booking channels, their specific cancellation rules apply – check these carefully.

MINIMUM AGE FOR BOOKING

Minimum age for booking and accommodation is 18 years. ID control can take place on arrival.
Exceptions can be made for school and sports groups, but this must be approved in advance by Hyltena Stugby with information about the number of travelers and the distribution of adults and children. These rules also apply to bookings made through booking channels.

OTHER INFORMATION

• It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the cabins’ wall outlets.
• It is not permitted to sublet booked cabins (e.g., travel companies may not book and re-rent).
• In case of disturbance requiring staff or security response, a fee of 2,500 kr will be charged.
• All cottages are winter-insulated and have individual heating settings.
