Legal basis
Camera surveillance is conducted based on our legitimate interest according to article 6.1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the purpose of preventing and investigating crimes and to increase safety and protect guests, staff and property.
Scope
The surveillance covers outdoor areas on the premises. Recording is continuous but is only reviewed when an incident is suspected.
Storage period
Recorded material is stored for a maximum of 30 days and is then automatically deleted, unless required to investigate a specific incident.
Access to material
Only authorized personnel have access to the recorded material. The material is only released to police or other authorized authorities when a crime is suspected.
