CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 14:00–23:30
Check-out: by 11:00

Check-in is digital via the link sent to the guest before arrival. Valid ID must be presented during the check-in process.
Check-out is also completed digitally via the link sent on the day of departure.

DIGITAL CODE LOCKS

All cabins and common areas use digital code locks.
At check-in time, a unique four-digit code is sent to the guest via SMS and email.
The code is valid for the entire stay and provides access to the booked cabin and common facilities such as kitchen, bathrooms, and cleaning supply rooms.
The code is deactivated automatically at 11:00 on the day of check-out.

BED LINEN

Bed linen is not included in the accommodation price. You may bring your own or rent hotel-quality linen from us.

  • Linen rental: 99 SEK per person
  • Towel rental: 49 SEK per person

Linen and towels can be booked in advance or purchased on site in the cabin.
For larger groups, we recommend booking linen in advance to ensure availability.
It is strictly prohibited to sleep in the beds without bed linen.

CLEANING

Final cleaning is not included in the accommodation price.
Guests are responsible for cleaning according to the checklist found in the guest binder inside the cabin.

  • Final cleaning service: 400 SEK
  • A minimum fee of 400 SEK will be charged for missing or insufficient cleaning.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins and common areas.
In case of violation:

  • The guest will be immediately evicted from the premises.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • A cleaning and sanitation fee of at least 2,500 SEK will be charged.

PETS

Pets are welcome for a fee of 200 SEK per booking.
Pets must be registered at the time of booking.

WIFI

Wi-Fi is available throughout the area and is included in the nightly rate.
Please note that coverage may vary by location.
The Wi-Fi password is available in the “Guest Information” binder in the cabin.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check your booking confirmation immediately upon receipt.
  • Any discrepancies must be reported right away.
  • Specific cabins or locations cannot be guaranteed, but requests may be submitted.
  • All guests must comply with the rules and regulations in effect for the cabin and the site.

HOUSE RULES

  • Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00
  • Avoid disturbing other guests at any time (e.g., through use of speakers).
  • You are responsible for any damages caused by you, your group, or your pets during your stay.
  • You may not sublet or allow more people to stay than listed in the booking.
  • All guests must be registered at the time of booking.
  • In the case of disruptive behavior or exceeding the allowed number of guests, management has the right to immediately evict the guest without refund.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is made by card at the time of booking on our website.
  • For bookings via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia.com), their payment terms apply.
  • We do not accept cash payments.
  • For bookings made before 2025-05-01 with the condition ”Pay at the property,” the registered card will be charged on the check-in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation at least 5 days before arrival (and if fully paid): 100% refund, including extras.
  • Cancellation 0–5 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total cost.
  • No-show (no cancellation before check-in): no refund.
  • For bookings via third-party platforms, their specific cancellation policies apply – please check them carefully.

MINIMUM AGE FOR BOOKING

  • The minimum age for booking and staying is 18 years.
  • ID verification may be required upon arrival.
  • Exceptions may be made for school and sports groups, but this must be approved in advance by Hyltena Stugby, with details on the number of travelers and the distribution of adults and children.
  • These rules also apply to bookings made via third-party platforms.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • It is not permitted to charge electric cars via the cabin’s wall outlets.
  • It is not allowed to sublet the booked cabin (e.g., travel agencies may not book and resell stays).
  • If disturbances require staff or security to intervene, a call-out fee of 2,500 SEK will be charged.
  • All cabins are insulated and equipped with individual heating controls.
